What to write to us about
- A fact that is wrong or out of date. Tell us the page, the figure and where the correct one is published, ideally the operator's own terms or a register entry. Confirmed errors are fixed and listed on the corrections page.
- A question about a page. If a table, a calculator or a guide is unclear, say which part. We answer by email and, where the question shows the page is unclear, rewrite the page.
- Operators. If your terms, limits or verification rules have changed, send the link to the published clause. We record what the terms say, with the date we read them, as described in the methodology. We do not accept payment for ratings, and a rating cannot be changed by request.
What we cannot help with
We are not a sportsbook or a casino and have no access to any player account. Questions about a deposit, a withdrawal, a bet settlement or a verification request go to the operator's own support team. Your data
If you write to us, we keep your email for as long as the conversation needs it and use it only to reply. How the site handles visit data is set out in the privacy policy.
