Betting Calculators: Fourteen Tools for Slips, Prices and Stakes
Fourteen betting calculators, each on its own page with a worked example: what a slip returns, what a price means, how to split a stake across outcomes and how much to stake at all. They run in the browser and work with decimal, fractional and American odds.
A betting calculator does one thing well: it removes arithmetic from a decision. These betting calculators fall into three groups. The first works out what a slip returns. The second explains a price, or finds stakes that balance several prices. The third sizes a stake or turns a team's strength into odds. Every page has the calculator at the top and a worked example underneath, checked to the cent.

Bet slip calculators
| Calculator | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Bet calculator | Any slip: singles, accumulators, Trixie to Goliath, round robins, each way, dead heats |
| Parlay calculator | North American parlays, pushes and legs in American odds |
| Acca calculator | Football and racing accumulators, how margins compound leg by leg |
| Lucky 15 calculator | Four selections, fifteen bets, usually each way on racing |
| Yankee calculator | Yankee and the bigger family: Super Yankee, Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath |
| Patent calculator | Patent and Trixie on three selections |
| Round robin calculator | Every 2-leg or 3-leg parlay from a list of picks |
| System bet calculator | Any N from M system, plus Canadian, Heinz and Goliath, with voids and dead heats |
| Each way calculator | Place terms, extra places and dead heats |
The eight bet slip pages share one engine, so a result from one matches a result from another. Each page opens the calculator set up for its bet, with the odds format most bettors use for it: American for parlays and round robins, fractions for racing.
Odds and pricing tools
| Calculator | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Odds calculator | Converting between formats, implied probability, the margin of a market and fair odds |
| Arbitrage calculator | Stakes across sites that return the same on every outcome |
| Dutching calculator | Equal returns across several selections in one event |
| Hedge bet calculator | Locking in a result on a bet that is still running |
Staking and prediction tools
| Calculator | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Kelly calculator | Stake size from your own probability and the price on offer |
| Poisson calculator | Result, goals and correct-score probabilities from expected goals |
Odds formats, and which one each page opens with
All fourteen betting calculators accept the three formats in common use, and switching converts the odds already typed rather than clearing them.
- Decimal, such as 2.50, is the stake plus profit for each unit staked. It is the format every calculation runs in under the surface, and the default on the bet calculator, the odds calculator and the four pricing tools.
- Fractional, such as 6/4, is profit over stake. Racing and the UK full-cover bets open in fractions: Lucky 15, Yankee, Patent and each way. The display picks a familiar fraction where one fits, so 2.50 shows as 6/4 rather than 150/100.
- American, such as +150 or -110, is profit on 100 for positive odds and the stake needed to win 100 for negative ones. Parlays and round robins open in American odds because that is how North American sites quote them.
The odds calculator converts any price between the three and shows the implied probability next to it.
How the figures were checked
Each calculator page carries at least one worked example, and every example was run through the tool before the page went live. A few of them, so you can test the arithmetic yourself:
| Example | Inputs | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Treble | 10 on 2.10, 1.83 and 3.40, all win | Return 130.66 |
| Treble with a void | Same slip, second leg void | Return 71.40, settled as a double |
| Market margin | Home 2.30, draw 3.40, away 3.20 | Book of 104.1%, margin 4.1% |
| Fair odds | The same market with the margin removed | 2.40, 3.54 and 3.33 |
If a site settles a bet for less than the calculator shows, the difference is almost always one of the rules in the next section, not the arithmetic. Check the settled slip in your bet history against the same inputs here before contacting support.
What the betting calculators do not do
They do not know a site's rules. Bonuses on full-cover bets, odds boosts, acca insurance, Rule 4 deductions, how a site settles a tennis retirement and its maximum payout are all decided by the operator's terms, and the calculators leave them out on purpose. Where a rule changes the result, each page says how to allow for it.
They also do not give an edge. A staking plan manages risk; it does not turn a losing price into a winning one. The responsible gambling page explains the tools every site offers for limits and time-outs.

Full-cover bets, long accumulators and outright winners can return many times the stake. At sites that let you bet without sending documents first, two figures then matter: the withdrawal ceiling and the point where identity documents can be requested. Both are in each operator's terms and in the grid on the fast withdrawal betting sites page. How each sport is priced in the first place is on the sports betting hub.
For the operators themselves, read our comparison of sportsbooks without ID checks: verification triggers, withdrawal caps and deadlines.
