CS2 Major 2026: PGL Major Singapore, Stage by Stage
The second CS2 Major of 2026 is the PGL Major Singapore, from 25 November to 13 December. Thirty-two teams, three Swiss stages, a single-elimination playoff at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and $1,250,000 in prize money.

Majors are the most important events in Counter-Strike, and the PGL Major Singapore is the second of 2026. It runs from 25 November to 13 December, brings 32 teams to the city, and finishes with four days of playoffs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. It is the first CS2 Major held in South-East Asia.

In all three Swiss stages, matches that decide advancement or elimination are best-of-three; the rest are best-of-one. In the playoffs every match is best-of-three except the grand final, which is best-of-five. The prize pool is $1,250,000.

How to bet on a CS2 Major
Stage 1 is the least predictable. Teams that qualified through regional events meet for the first time, many in best-of-ones, and prices rely on regional form that does not travel well.
Best-of-ones reward the map pool. In a best-of-one, the veto leaves one map, and a team's record on it is worth more than its ranking. Round handicaps and totals often price better than the match winner.
Advancement matches are best-of-three. At 2–2 in a Swiss stage, the stronger team usually has the edge over three maps; at 0–2 the pressure is on both.
Playoffs are single elimination. One bad series ends a run, so outright prices for favourites carry more risk than at a double-elimination event.
